LEARN, CONNECT, & BUILD

As anime continues to grow in popularity across the West, more people than ever are looking to turn their passion into a career. But for many, the biggest challenge isn’t interest—it’s knowing where to start.

Unlike other industries, there hasn’t been a clear space for people to learn, connect, and find their way into the anime world. There’s been no central place to ask questions, build relationships, or gain real insight from those already inside.

That’s why we created AIM.

We built AIM to open doors that once felt closed—to bring industry professionals and aspiring creators into the same room, and to create a space where knowledge is shared, connections are made, and opportunities begin.

At its core, AIM is about more than just access. It’s about building a community of people who are serious about turning their passion for anime and manga into something real.

Take the first step into your career.
